How did we pick the name “Edge Treatment” for our facility.
Because we know what it’s like to go to the Edge with addiction.
One of our founders, Joshua Jarvis, is a recovering addict. When he was young, he wound up in trouble with drugs–and the law. This led him to reassess his life. And with the help of professionals who cared about his welfare, he came back from the Edge.
He became an Arborist, and has founded a rapidly growing Tree Consulting business, with customers throughout the Southeast. He has also successfully helped others dealing with addiction and saw the opportunity for a new business. So he has partnered with other professionals with specific skill sets to start a new addiction recovery business.
Called–you guessed it–Edge Treatment.
The mission of Edge Treatment is:
“To Globally provide healing and a well-rounded intimate treatment program, which positively touches the individual recovering from their last use (the Edge) and moving into a new, transformed way of life.”
We know this is difficult, and the staff we have assembled at Edge Treatment all have been personally touched by addiction–either through themselves or a loved one. They agreed to join our organization because they want to help others come back from the Edge, and they believe that the systems and techniques we use will be effective.
There are no illusions. Everyone involved at Edge Treatment knows how hard the work will be. But they also know that they can bring people back from the Edge. And this is the effort and dedication they will use with each and every patient.
So people needing addiction recovery care in the Atlanta and central Georgia area have a resource they can draw upon when they make the decision that it’s time. . .
. . . to come back from the Edge. . .
. . . and start life anew.
